Refund Policy
This policy describes when and how refunds are issued for Sofibia subscriptions. It supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service (Section 5.5).
1. Money-Back Guarantee
New Customers on any paid Plan may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact billing@sofibia.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Charges after the initial 14-day period.
- Annual plans where more than 14 days have elapsed since the charge.
- Add-on or usage-based charges beyond the Plan limits.
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
- Partial periods — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, not immediately.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. The refund is returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or by contacting billing@sofibia.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
